Fabricator

As a Fabricator you will be responsible for making cool shit. You’ll take fabrication requests, weld, cut, glue, and assemble projects, and receive/deliver/ship finished projects. You’ll also be responsible to assist with other general production needs in the shop and the occasional install.

The Company

Eye 4 Group has been in business since 2014, serving all of Indiana and surrounding states. We specialize in creating interior/exterior signage and building/monument signs for commercial and multi tenant properties, using are unique D.C.I. Process (Discover – Create – Implement).

The Position

We’re looking for a Fabricator with 5+ years experience that is detail-oriented, independent, energetic, reliable, courteous, FUN, and fast. Hourly rate between $17/hr. to $20/hr.

The Requirements

  • You’re good at what you do and you know it.
  • Positive attitude, good communicator, and team-oriented.
  • Responsible, punctual, and maintains a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in at least THREE of the following areas:
    • Welding
    • Aluminum fab
    • Paint
    • Router/Laser cutter
    • Cutting and general assembly
    • CAD experience
  • Strict attention to detail
  • You don’t take shortcuts and do the job right.
  • You go above and beyond and strive for high quality work.
  • Self-motivated and can work with little to no supervision.

The Responsibilities

  • Take fabrication requests.
  • Create requests for supplies and materials.
  • Receive, deliver, and ship materials and finished projects.
  • Weld, cut, glue, and assemble projects.
  • Assist with general production needs.
