As a Fabricator you will be responsible for making cool shit. You’ll take fabrication requests, weld, cut, glue, and assemble projects, and receive/deliver/ship finished projects. You’ll also be responsible to assist with other general production needs in the shop and the occasional install.

Eye 4 Group has been in business since 2014,serving all of Indiana and surrounding states. We specialize in creating interior/exterior signage and building/monument signs for commercial and multi tenant properties, using are unique D.C.I. Process (Discover – Create – Implement).
The Position
We’re looking for a Fabricator with 5+ years experiencethat is detail-oriented, independent, energetic, reliable, courteous, FUN, and fast. Hourly rate between $17/hr. to $20/hr.
The Requirements
You’re good at what you do and you know it.
Positive attitude, good communicator, and team-oriented.
Responsible, punctual, and maintains a valid driver’s license.
Experience in at least THREE of the following areas:
Welding
Aluminum fab
Paint
Router/Laser cutter
Cutting and general assembly
CAD experience
Strict attention to detail
You don’t take shortcuts and do the job right.
You go above and beyond and strive for high quality work.
Self-motivated and can work with little to no supervision.

Create requests for supplies and materials.
Receive, deliver, and ship materials and finished projects.
