The Position
We’re looking for a Permit Specialist that is detail-oriented, organized, courteous, persistent, FUN, fast, and willing to learn. Hourly range starting at $15-$25 with partial benefits.

The Responsibilities
Communicate with local permit offices to understand local building codes and unique permitting requirements.
Read and understand local building codes pertaining to job location.
Work with customers to obtain required documents for permit applications.
Coordinate with Design / Sales to ensure that project proofs/maps are accurate.
Keep track of permits and persistently follow up with local permitting offices and customers.
