Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will be responsible to keep jobs moving along throughout the entire process – from sales to final installation – in a timely manner and according to schedule. You’ll also be responsible to help prepare sales quotes, convert accepted quotes to job orders, communicate with each department to ensure timely installation of final project, manage any outsourced resources, and more!

Can you keep projects and details well-organized? Are you able to juggle and organize multiple projects at once without losing your head?

Eye 4 Group has been in business since 2014, serving all of Indiana and surrounding states. We specialize in creating interior/exterior signage and building/monument signs for commercial and multi tenant properties, using are unique D.C.I. Process (Discover – Create – Implement).

The Position

We’re looking for a Project Manager that is detail-oriented, organized, courteous, persistent, FUN, fast, and willing to learn. Hourly range starting at $15-$25 with partial benefits.

The Requirements

  • Positive attitude, good communicator, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Clearly communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure accuracy.
  • Work directly with vendors to obtain pricing and order materials for projects.
  • Prepare quotes and convert approved quotes to job orders for production.
  • Keep a direct pulse on all jobs to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Adaptable to changing work environments.
  • You go above and beyond and strive for high quality work.
  • Self-motivated and can work with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to use various technology tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
